The Pre-Order Process:
1) Visit our website to place your order for pick up at Jolene Family Winery.
2) Upon arrival to the winery, provide the team with your name and order number.
3) Pick up and enjoy your items with a great bottle of wine (or two).

Complimentary Delivery:
We offer complimentary delivery to Jolene Family Winery. To accept this offer, enter code JOLENEFW in the discount code box at the top of the checkout page and select the DELIVERY option. Please also note that your order is for delivery to the winery in the comment section on the checkout page. If the winery is not noted in the comment section, your order will be available for pickup at our Richmond location.
Weekday Orders:
We do our best to accommodate weekday orders, but at times we are unable to accommodate them. Before placing a weekday order, please email us to confirm availability. Once availability has been confirmed our calendar will be opened so that you can place your order.

Delivery Time:
All weekend orders will be delivered between 12pm and 12:30pm. If there is a change to this schedule you will be notified by email.
Cutlery and Serveware:
All of our larger offerings come with a set of tongs. If you require plates, napkins, food picks, and cutlery, we have a serveware package available for purchase.
