If you prefer to have your order delivered, we can handle that!

Deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate exact delivery times, but we will notify you via text when your order is out for delivery. If at the time of checkout, you select a specific delivery time, we will do our best to deliver at that time, but we are unable to guarantee. If your order is needed at an exact time, please select the pick-up option.
Our delivery radius is 10 miles from 2600 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA 23222. If the delivery address is further than 10 miles, please select the pick-up option. If a delivery order is placed and the delivery address is greater than 10 miles from our location, you will be contacted and given the option to change your order to a pick-up order. The delivery fee will be refunded.

For the safety of our customers and staff, we are only able to accommodate deliveries to home addresses and to event venues/locations. We cannot deliver to office buildings or to public locations such as retail stores, parks, or designated meeting spaces.

If the delivery address is for an event venue or location, please provide the person’s name who will accept delivery. To verify that delivery is made to the correct location, the receiver will be asked to sign for the delivery.
For contactless home deliveries, please specify a delivery location (front steps, side porch, etc.) and specify any special instructions. Please ensure that the designated location is safe from pets, wildlife, and the elements. Once delivery is made, The Kitchen on Wellington, cannot accept responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
When deliveries are made, you will be notified via text when the delivery is in route and again once delivery is complete. If possible, a picture of your delivery will be included in the completed delivery notification.
Clarification: On the check-out page, the delivery address and delivery fee are labeled as “Shipping Address” and “Shipping Fee”. Please note that we cannot ship orders.
