We’re excited to handcraft beautiful and bountiful cheese and charcuterie offerings for your visit to Jolene Family Winery.

The Pre-Order Process:

1) Visit our website to place your order for pickup at Jolene Family Winery.

2) Upon arrival to the winery, provide the team with your name and order number.

3) Pick up and enjoy your items with a great bottle of wine (or two).

Complimentary Delivery:

We offer complimentary delivery to Jolene Family Winery.

Ordering from our Main Menu:
Enter code JOLENEFW in the discount code box at checkout and select the Delivery option. Please add a note in the checkout comments indicating that your order is for delivery to Jolene Family Winery. If Jolene Family Winery is not noted in the comments, your order will be prepared for pickup at our Richmond location.

Ordering from the Exclusive Jolene Family Winery Menu:
Delivery is automatically selected at checkout. No additional steps are required—your order will be delivered directly to Jolene Family Winery.

Please note: Main Menu items and Exclusive Jolene Family Winery Menu items must be ordered separately and cannot be combined in one transaction.

Order Cancellations:

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Once your order has been prepared for pickup at one of our partner wineries, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund if you choose not to visit the winery or are unable to make your scheduled visit for any reason.

If you are unable to pick up your order on your scheduled pickup date, you are responsible for making alternate arrangements to collect your order. You may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf if needed.

Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by the winery due to the perishable nature of our product.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for orders that are not picked up within this time frame.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Weekday Orders:

We do our best to accommodate weekday orders; however, availability is limited, and we may not always be able to fulfill requests.

Before placing a weekday order, please email us at letsgather@thekitchenonwellington.com to confirm availability. Once your order date has been approved, our calendar will be opened so you can complete your order.

Delivery Time:

All weekend orders will be delivered between 11 am and 12 pm. If there is a change to this schedule, you will be notified by email.

Cutlery and Serveware:

All of our larger offerings come with a set of tongs. If you require plates, napkins, food picks, and cutlery, we have a serveware package available for purchase.
