Order Delivery:
Orders placed from this page are prepared exclusively for guests visiting__________ and will be delivered to there. Pickup from our kitchen and delivery to other locations are not available for these items.

Delivery Time:
All weekend orders will be delivered between 12 pm and 12:30 pm. If there is a change to this schedule, you will be notified by email or text.
Order Cancellations:
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Once your order has been prepared for pickup at one of our partner wineries, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund if you choose not to visit the winery or are unable to make your scheduled visit for any reason.
If you are unable to pick up your order on your scheduled pickup date, you are responsible for making alternate arrangements to collect your order. You may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf if needed.
Orders not picked uo within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by the winery due to the perishable nature of our product.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for orders that are not picked up within this time frame.

Weekday Orders:
We do our best to accommodate weekday orders, but at times we are unable to accommodate. Before placing a weekday order, please email us to confirm availability. Once availability has been confirmed, our calendar will be opened so that you can place your order.

Cutlery and Serveware:
All of our larger offerings come with a set of tongs. If you require plates, napkins, food picks, and cutlery, we have a serveware package available for purchase.
